General Meeting/Holiday Party This is a pot-luck dinner! Please bring a dish or dessert to share. LVAAS will provide beverages, plates, and utensils. We have access to the facility starting at 1:30 p.m. to set up. Plan to arrive a little early so we can open the buffet at 2. In case of inclement weather, any cancellation or re-scheduling will be announced by email and on the front page. We cannot guarantee a rain date because the facility may not be available.
