Night of Nov 5th, 2011 StarParty (Guy Fawkes Night). Taken at 8:23pm, showing transit of Io (small white dot at right above equator), Io's shadow (the black dot) and the Great Red Spot (under the black dot). GRS is really kind of a Great Sort of Pink Spot at the moment. At least the Southern Equatorial Belt (upper dark belt in these pictures) is back.
