NGC 7293 The Helix Nebula
A nearby (700 ly) planetary nebula in Aquarius The Helix nebula is often called "The eye of God". Taken on 9-5-10 from Pulpit Rock. 15 x 5min exp. Atik 16C OSC CCD, WO 90mm Megrez on a Losmandy GM-8, Nebulosity capture & preprocess. PHD guided. PhotoShop CS2+Carboni Actions. Although the sky was clear, the seeing was poor.
