M45 the Pleiades, or Seven Sisters. Open star cluster and reflection nebula in Taurus. Taken @ Cherry Springs State Park the morning of 08-30-2016. The details: William Optics Zenithstar 80; TeleVue Flattener/Reducer; QSI583wsg; Baader LRGB filters. Guided off axis with a Starlight Xpress Lodestar guider on a HEQ-5 mount. LRGB, luminance 16 @ 10 minutes each binned 1x1, RGB 25 each @ 4 minutes binned 2x2. Aquired in AstoArt. Calibrated and stacked in Deep Sky Stacker. Processed in Photoshop. Diffraction spikes added with “Star Spikes Pro”

NGC 6633 open cluster in Ophiucus. A large cluster consisting of about 30 stars at slightly over 1,000 light years distance. Its age is estimated at 660 million years. Taken at Cherry Springs State Park the morning of June 29th 2016 Celestron C8 @ F7.5 with Starizona reducer\corrector 1500mm EFL QSI583wsg, Baader filters RGB16 each at 2 minutes binned 3x3 (I forgot to change the binning after centering) Total exposure 96 minutes Faux diffraction spike added with Noel Carboni's Astronomy Tools. My apologies to the purists.

M52 open cluster in the Cassiopeia. I've been meaning to do a re-shoot of this object since obtaining a new corrector for my SCT a few years back Taken from Highland Lakes, NJ 08-27-2015 Celestron C8 w/ Starizona reducer-corrector @ F7.5 QSI583wsg LRGB L=18x2 minutes binned 2x2 RGB = 10 each at 2 minutes binned 2x2 Aquired in Astroart, stacked in Deep Sky Stacker, aligned in Registar and processed in Photoshop. Star spikes added with Noel Carboni's Star spikes Pro ( my apologies to the purists)
