Members, the Starry Night outing for the Pocono Environmental Education Center that was to be held on October 28, has now been changed to Saturday, November 12, 5pm to 10pm. This does not conflict with any LVAAS activities. If you can help by bringing your scope to this event drop me an email. I relayed to them that the theme for that night will be the Moon and Mars. The Moon will be a waxing gibbous, four days shy of full. If you email me any questions please allow a few weeks for a response as I will be out of town. Thank you.

Brian,

I'll help with this. Hopefully they will have better luck than Beltzville did, as they ended up cancelling both of their events.

Thanks again for volunteering again Ron, and Mike I believe it is near the Delaware Water Gap, at least a one hour drive up Rt 611 north of I-80. I'll email them to get the exact location so you can decide on this event.

Hey James... I noticed your're moving to Quakertown. I'm currently in Q-town. South Mountain is only about 10-15 minutes away.

James, thanks, I'll put you down, hopefully when I get back and before November 12 we can get together and get you proficient. Never let the audience know that the actors don't know what's going on.

Ok Brian, and in the meantime I'll do my best to learn what the heck I'm trying to do so I'm not too much of "project" for you to have to train.
