Our next CCD meeting will be held this Friday, July 9th at 7:00 PM at South Mt.

The agenda for this CCD meeting will be focused on the needs of people new to imaging. We have several members who have expressed interest in imaging, but seem intimidated by the apparent complexity of the process. We hope to make the transition from visual to imaging more friendly, so if you're thinking of getting into imaging, this should be a good meeting to attend.

If the weather is clear, a group of students from Muhlenberg College may be at SM to use the spectrograph. That should prove interesting to our members as well since the spectrograph is part of the PA grant and is available for use by LVAAS members once trained in it's operation.

As always, bring your new images, new equipment and questions.
